The Egyptian Cancer Society (ECS), in collaboration with AbbVie, is pleased to invite you to attend the Ovarian Cancer Scientific Day on Monday, December 15, 2025, starting at 5:30 PM at the Marriott Hotel in Zamalek. The Scientific Day’s program includes: an opening lecture by Prof. Emad Shash on ovarian cancer and the latest treatment trends; presentations of two clinical cases by Prof. Hussam Zawam and Dr. Asmaa Ali, with a detailed discussion of the optimal treatment plan; and an MDT panel discussion to discuss the cases across multiple specialties to determine the best treatment approach and a comprehensive follow-up plan. The MDT Panel will consist of: Prof. Ahmed Touny (Surgical Oncology), Prof. Ahmed Sekotory (Obstetrics and Gynecology), Prof. Emad Hamada (Oncology), Prof. Gamal Amira (Surgical Oncology), and Prof. Heba El Zawahry (Oncology). This scientific day provides an opportunity for multidisciplinary discussions among oncologists, surgical oncologists, and obstetricians/gynecologists regarding best practices in managing ovarian cancer cases.
