Dr. Dina Shokry, Professor of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology at Cairo University’s Faculty of Medicine, shares her extensive experience and noble vision on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

Dr. Dina highlights the importance of supporting women in society, especially those suffering from cancer. She emphasizes that while the family plays a crucial role in supporting the sick woman, sometimes the family can become a burden rather than a help.

In a message directed to women themselves, she stresses that the mother is the backbone of the family, and that focusing on healthy nutrition and protection from climate and environmental changes is fundamental in preventing cancerous tumors.

Let us all stand by women and extend to them all the support and recognition they deserve.
